Below are the classes that are currently available:
All classes are taught from a wholesome, edifying, family friendly and most importantly Christ-centered
atmosphere.

Family Karate:
This class meets weekly on Thursday evenings. Please click on our Schedule link for complete
details.
These classes are offered to every member of the family (5 years and older). Multiple student discounts are
available. The more family members that join, the more the savings! Enroll your children in the program.
Enroll yourself as a student. Sign up as a family. Classes will be designed with everyone in mind.
The benefits of this approach include:
- Parents do not have to sit on the side and just observe.
- The family can workout together.
- Parents are able to help younger children practice at home.
Parents! You can train with your children for FREE!
You read that right! If you have children enrolled in the program, you can train with your child(ren) for FREE!
Of course, if you have no children, you may enroll in the class yourself.

Personal Protection Seminars
"And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his trained servants, born in his
own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan." (Genesis 14:14)
Abram had 318 trained servants that went to war against invading kings to rescue his nephew Lot. What were these men
"trained" in? The martial (pertaining to the military) arts!
